Syviora collects the information required for booking, payments, customer support, merchant verification, and operational compliance. Traveler data is used for trip delivery, support communication, transaction evidence, and dispute or refund resolution when needed.

Merchant data is used for verification, payout controls, operating-quality reviews, and compliance evidence. Syviora may share relevant data with merchants or payment providers only to the extent required to deliver the service, process payments, or resolve operational issues.

Syviora does not sell personal data. Internal access is limited to relevant admin, ops, and merchant roles, and important actions are recorded through audit logs.
